Ethio Drift -Decaf

Unlike many decafs, this blend is made from our own personally selected coffees, ensuring the best flavors survive the decaffeination process. About two-thirds of the blend is fruit-forward, dry-processed coffees from Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, mainly from the trusted Gerba Doku and Harsu Wokilo stations, with a small addition from neighboring Sidama. Swiss Water’s chemical-free method removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s vibrant, aromatic qualities, delivering a decaf with true origin character and bright, fruity notes.

Coffee to water ratio: 1:15 to 1:17

Notes of stone fruit, honey, and tropical sweetness with subtle floral accents. Brown sugar, spiced fruit cake, and molasses add depth, while clove, cinnamon, and chai spices create a warm, complex aroma. Smooth and bright with a sweet, lingering finish that reveals nectarine, persimmon, and gentle bakery notes.
